Samantha Byington is a Personal Chef specializing in Culinary Nutrition. Chef Sam offers nutrient dense, seasonal and allergen-friendly meals to her clients. Customers range from busy families, working professionals, new parents, athletes and those recovering from illness or injury. 

A New England native, Sam began her passion for creativity in the realm of Fine Arts, where she obtained a BFA at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She later received classic cookery training at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. 

Chef Sam's passion for service has brought her to a multitude of roles across the the food service industry: server, barista, baker, caterer and Chef de Partie to name a few. She has found her niche helping to spread the joy of food, wellness, sustainability and cooking to her community. 

Chef Sam is a ServSafe Certified Professional Food Service Manager, a proud member of the USPCA, Certified in Allergen Awareness from the MRA and part of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce. She also has a certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University.
